Every order is escrowed. A seller never starts unpaid and a client never pays for work they did not receive.

Escrow built in from day one

Payments are locked, released and refunded through a single auditable ledger — every movement has a reference and a running balance.
No cron jobs, no queues

Deliveries that go unanswered complete automatically when someone next opens the dashboard, so the platform behaves correctly on the simplest shared hosting.
Messaging that keeps the record

Attachments, custom offers and order context all live inside the conversation, which is exactly the evidence a dispute needs.
A seller studio, not a to-do list

Revenue per gig, completion rate, rating breakdown and deadlines in one screen — the numbers that actually change how you price.

How the platform makes money

A single 10% commission, taken only when an order completes. Listing a gig, messaging clients, sending custom offers and withdrawing earnings are all free. Withdrawals above $20.00 carry a 2.00% processing fee.

Who reviews disputes

Platform administrators. When a dispute opens, the payment stays frozen and the admin sees the full conversation, every delivery, the original gig description and the requirement answers. They then release the funds to the seller, refund the client, or split them by percentage.
